Jim has worked at Norwich University since 2011 as a Sports Medicine Lecture and will be entering into the 2014-2015 school year as the ATEP director. Justin is the most recent addition to the Sports Medicine Department starting in the fall of 2015. He is coming from working as an Athletic Trainer in the clinic setting and has previous experience working with the Philadelphia Phillies Professional Baseball Organization.
